Since the first years of activity we have felt the urgency to propose to our customers “turnkey” solutions, from design to final installation and commissioning.

• Monitoring systems, instrumentation and process measurement systems
  (pressure, temperature, speed, level, concentration)

We employ well-established and qualified staff to supply electrical cabinets and equipment for automation systems according to the highest quality standards, in compliance with the applicable European Standards and, on request, certified according to UL 508-A (Industrial Control Panel) for the USA and Canada.

We have particular skills and expertise in revamping outdated control systems and updating obsolete technologies.

We have the expertise to interface and integrate factory automation systems with the higher level Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the collection, management and traceability of production data.

We are available to our customers to implement the new business models called “Industry 4.0”, using enabling technologies for the interconnection of networked devices, control of automation systems, human-machine interface and augmented reality, management and sharing of all available data.

At Siberg, we know that the goal of digitization of industrial processes requires in-depth expertise in the technologies enabling Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

This is why we decided to obtain the title of “Certified Profinet Engineer” from CSMT, one of the two competence centers representing the Profinet International Consortium in Italy.

This international certification acknowledges the competence of the most experienced specialists at Siberg in design and diagnostics of Profinet networks, one of the essential “backbones” of IIoT and Industry 4.0 infrastructure.

Our working environment has no boundaries. The members of our team are available to install and commission the technologies and applications developed where required, at the end customers’ premises.

Whenever possible, we control automation systems remotely, providing a highly technical support service at optimal cost, overcoming travel difficulties and reducing intervention times.

Our working method requires all on-site or remote technical assistance interventions to be tracked and documented so as to guarantee the utmost transparency in the management of customer relations.
